Asian-Inspired Lettuce wraps

2 Tbsp fish sauce

1 stalk lemongrass, outer layer removed, inner core minced

2 cloves garlic

3 Tbsp lime juice

2 shallots

½ C warm water

1 Tbsp Osteobroth

1 lbs. Ground turkey

½ C peanuts

salt and pepper to taste

1 head of iceberg lettuce cut into fourths

2 Tbsp coursely chopped cilantro


Combine warm water and osteobroth in mug. In large skillet, combine fish sauce, prepared osteobroth, lemongrass, and garlic until browned. Season turkey with salt and pepper. Add turkey, shallots, and lime juice to skillet. Cook thoroughly. Add peanuts and simmer for another 3-5 min.

Serve in lettuce “cup” with cilantro garnish
