Tahini Dressing and Cucumber

¼ C tahini

½ C extra virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp osteobroth

Juice of 1 lemon (3-4 Tbsp)

¼ tsp pepper

¼ tsp salt

 

In a medium bowl, combine osteobroth powder, tahini, EVOO using an emersion blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Serve as dip with sliced cucumber.
